No! RafflePro is 100% serverless. You can host it for free on Vercel or Netlify, and it uses the Free Tier of Google Firebase which is generous enough for thousands of users.
Is it easy to install?
Yes, extremely easy. The package includes a detailed documentation file. You just need to create a Firebase project (we guide you step-by-step) and copy the keys. No coding knowledge required.
Can I use my own currency?
Absolutely. From the Admin Panel, you can change the currency symbol ($, €, £, S/., etc.) and the price per ticket instantly.
How do I receive payments?
The system uses a "Reservation & Verify" model via WhatsApp. Customers reserve a ticket, and the system opens your WhatsApp chat with the order details. You collect the payment (PayPal, Bank, Cash) and then mark the ticket as "PAID" in the admin panel.
